Dr. Lauren A. Daman, MD PC
Dr. Daman has been a practicing Dermatologist in Connecticut for the past 40 years. His knowledge for the integument is unsurpassed. Dr. Daman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He went to medical school and completed his Dermatology/Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Tennessee. Upon graduating Residency he served in the Navy as a Dermatologist for two years and then moved to Connecticut to establish his current practice. He has built a successful dermatology practice in Hartford and Simsbury. He sees patients five days a week. Dr. Daman has been with Refreshed Medical Aesthetics from the beginning and serves as the attending physician on staff. He is well trained in general and cosmetic dermatology. He is an invaluable asset to Refreshed Medical Aesthetics. When you come and see us he may pop his head in and Say Hi! He has a true gift for interacting with clients/patients.

Nicole Chevalier, MHS PA-C
Nicole Chevalier, MHS, PA-C, is a highly skilled physician assistant specializing in both cosmetic and general dermatology. She earned her Physician Assistant degree from Quinnipiac University and completed an advanced dermatology fellowship through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) in 2022, deepening her expertise in skin health and clinical care. Nicole has also trained extensively with leading experts in aesthetic medicine, gaining advanced skills in injection techniques, facial assessment, and personalized patient care.
At Refreshed Medical Aesthetics, Nicole provides a wide range of services—from comprehensive general dermatology treatments to non-surgical cosmetic enhancements—helping clients enhance their natural beauty and boost self-confidence. She is known for her detailed approach, warm patient relationships, and commitment to ongoing education in the latest dermatologic and aesthetic advances.

Nikki Jones
Nikki is our on-site medical aesthetician. She is a graduate of the International Institute of Cosmetology. In addition to aesthetics, she is also licensed in lashes, makeup artistry, waxing, and is certified in aromatherapy. She is deeply passionate about skin care and educating clients on products and their ingredients. Her goal is tailoring an individual experience for her clients to achieve their best skin health! Nikki is well-versed in our dermatology-grade skin care products and peels. She specializes in all skin types and pigments. She spends her days providing skin care and also spends some time on the medical side seeing a number of dermatological conditions to better expand her skin care knowledge and treatments. Julianna Spagnuolo PA-C
Juliana Spagnuolo is a skilled Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience. After earning her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Marywood University in 2012, Juliana honed her clinical expertise through a Postgraduate Surgical Residency at Montefiore Medical Center, gaining a deep understanding of surgical procedures and patient care.
Her passion for aesthetics began in 2018, when she completed a specialized Beauty Metrics Training under the mentorship of Dr. Lara Devgan, a renowned board-certified plastic surgeon. This course, which focused on facial anatomy, complication management, and the principles of facial beauty, laid the foundation for her career as an aesthetic injector. Juliana further advanced her expertise by participating in a comprehensive Cadaver Course led by Dr. Jonathan Sykes in 2024. This immersive experience not only refined her injection techniques but also deepened her understanding of facial anatomy, allowing her to improve patient outcomes with precision and artistry.
Juliana combines her advanced medical background with a passion for creating natural, rejuvenated looks.
